Good for the Soul is a local neighbourhood cafe, situated in Ballincollig (Co Cork), owned by Sarah and Eoin Cotter. 

After falling in love with the brunch and coffee culture in Melbourne, Sarah, who is a Ballincollig native, left her career in healthcare to train as a barista and hasn't looked back.

Since opening Good for the Soul in March 2018, our mission has been to bring speciality coffee with local, seasonal & exciting food dishes to our customers in a unique and welcoming space. 

Everything at Good for the Soul has been designed to give you an uplifting and positive experience - from the pallet tables, to the greenery that can be found throughout our cafe, to the menus made from old comic annuals, to the smiles on the faces of our amazing team. We aim to 'bring a little brightness to your day' and we look forward to welcoming you to Good for the Soul.
